Mission
The purpose of the Past President is to assist the President as needed. The Past President also
provides input to the Council as requested and works on tasks deemed appropriate by the Council.
ObjectivesI. Turnover copies of PSHFES records including insurance and Federal tax returns to incoming President.
II. Turnover original of PSHFES contracts, past meeting minutes, agendas, Council position descriptions and By‐laws to incoming President.
III. Assist President in overseeing other Council positions to insure activities are taking place in a timely manner and deadlines are being met for events, event announcements, event write ups, and newsletter distribution etc…
IV. Participate in Council meetings, both in person and via teleconference.
V. Work on projects as identified by the Council
